senior building assessor
The Senior Building Assessor is responsible for ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations. The Senior Building Assessor will lead a team of building inspectors and assessors, perform building inspections, and oversee the approval of construction plans. They also collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve any code violations. This role requires a high level of technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage a team.
building assessor (4 positions)
The successful candidate will conduct technical building assessments, prepare high-quality reports, and provide support to the dispute resolution process. They will also work closely with other teams, maintain impartiality, and manage timeliness. Key selection criteria include resilience, flexibility, collaboration, innovation, critical thinking, interpersonal skills, and stakeholder management.
